		<description>100K really only means short 100.  They both hurt A LOT.  Glad to hear that it sucked sometimes, and you pulled through it.  I&#039;ve got a feeling that you will do fantastic at Bear.  There is a reason I picked Cascade Crest as my 1st 100.  It&#039;s really hard, and those mountains are tough obstacles to conquer.  It&#039;s an incredible feeling at the end.  Good luck at Laramie in a few weeks.  I&#039;ll be cheering you on hard charger!</description>
